General Information

Conference 2021

Musicians and Educators are tentatively meeting in the Stubaital on May 14 to 23, 2021 performing concerts and teaching in the schools. If you wish to register please let us know: 

Airline Travel

Participants must arrange their own flights to Europe. It is recommended that participants fly into Munich, Germany MUC (2.5 hour drive from Fulpmes) or Innsbruck INN. Flight prices are typically between $700 and $2000 per person.

Sightseeing Opportunities

Participants will have opportunities for a variety of sightseeing, cultural and mountaineering excursions during Musik-Brücken. One day is normally set aside for rest and recreation / sight-seeing. 

Meals Outside Hotel

Breakfast and Dinner are inclusive of lodging fee. Some meals will be taken away from the hotel as we will travel to Innsbruck and other areas. Participants are responsible for the cost of these meals.


Mission Fee

Pay with PayPal or a debit/credit card

Non-participating children - no cost. MISSION FEE DUE BY FEBRUARY 1, 2021.


Hotel & Meals

Pay with PayPal or a debit/credit card

Fees include lodging (double or triple occupancy), breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Beverages will be billed to room. There will be periodic meals taken outside the hotel during the conference for which each participant is responsible. ​If you wish to have single occupancy, there is an additional $15 charge. LODGING & HOTEL MEALS FEE DUE BY APRIL 1, 2021.


Ground Transportation

Pay with PayPal or a debit/credit card

Normally, participants provide their own transportation (rent a car). Participants need to make their own arrangements for getting from the airport to the hotel. It can be done by train to Innsbruck and separate train to Telfes / Fulpmes. 

Rental cars cost typically between $300-500 (no additional insurance) and 7-8-passenger vans are approximately $1500 (without insurance).  Fuel costs approximately $6.50 per gallon. 

MB is able to make some transportation arrangements for single or double conferees while at the conference. Please contact MB to make arrangements.

Registration Process


Online Registration

Those interested in being part of Musik-Brücken - bridging cultural, musical, and spiritual gaps - are asked to complete the online registration

Non-Participating Members of Team

All participants, including non-musicians, will have the opportunity to attend the concerts and participate in the Bible Studies and prayer times led by staff members. 

Sample Budget

As a participant of Musik-Brücken, you will have the opportunity to bring others alongside you in your ministry by seeking their prayer and financial support. MB will provide information and helps in this "friend-raising" process. Below is a simple list of expenses as you determine your budget:

  • Flights - East Coast: $800-1400
  • Lodging: $800
  • Car Rental: $300-500
  • Meals - Lunches: $175
  • Passport: $115
  • Incidentals: $300

How to Help

There are also ways to help with the conference. Those who come as non-musicians serve in other ways such as: 

  • Muttersprach - As noted on Who We Are page, classroom English speaking is greatly needed. Contact us for more information. 
  • Set-Up - There is a need for rehearsal/performance set up and transporting musicians to and from rehearsals and performances. 
  • Audio / Visual - MB needs people who have talents and abilities in video recording and photography to document our time in Austria.
